Muscle stretches, rips and repairs
Like going up wooden stairs
Like jumping with Jordan's, airs
Run fast as with the mares
Throw away all my cares
And those fears and scares

Down on my knees for prayers
Don't fall to he who ensnares
Fight with the sWord in warfares
Cut the world's cares
And live for other’s welfare's
Knowing He who sits above all elsewheres
